Several well established marinas & private yacht clubs serve the dedicated boating community. And the beach is a popular destination for local residents as well as those living further afield. Countless trails allow hikers and cyclists to weave in and around this spectacular cliffside community.

The housing stock has changed over time. Traditionally, Scarborough Bluffs has been a community of low rise bungalows and ranch style houses situated on more than ample lots, but a drive through the canopied streets here reveals many newer and much larger homes designed to meet the demands of today's modern families.
